Landlord Compliance

AMRP provides, via appropriate contractors, relevant landlord compliance checks such as:

  • Annual Gas Safety Check (CP12)
  • Annual Smoke Alarm Checks
  • Annual Carbon Monoxide Alarm Checks
  • Legionella Risk Assessment
The compliance checks are managed by AMRP and therefore no involvement is required from the landlord to ensure that the checks remain valid and in date.  Any issues identified as a result of compliance checks will be notified to you as normal.
