Maintenance portal

You have 24/7 access to our maintenance portal, with immediate access to tenant reports, quotations and completion documentation.

Inspection portal

Giving full access to inspection and inventory reports, including around 100 pictures per property and a video tour of each room.

Communication

As well as giving us a ring or sending an email, you can book a call in our calendar, giving you full control over when you speak to us.

Property assessment & specification

Our in-house maintenance team prepares a full specification and fixed quotation for the required refurbishment works.

Introduction to Kanda Finance

We introduce you to our finance partner, Kanda Finance, and provide them with the agreed quotation.

Independent finance application

Kanda Finance manages your loan application directly.  AMRP does not provide financial advice or approve lending.

Works proceed on approval

Once finance is approved, we proceed with the refurbishment works.

Completion and payment

Upon completion, we provide proof of works to Kanda Finance who then settles payment directly with AMRP and the contractors.

Repayment over time

You repay the unsecured loan over an agreed term, while your property is fully refurbished and generating income.
